With the Xantic WebConnect service you can send messages to the following environments:

• Telex
• Fax
• Inmarsat C
• e-mail (SMTP)

The WebConnect service supports the possibility to add file attachments to your messages. You can attach any kind of file to an e-mail message. Telex and Inmarsat C only support text information. For fax, WebConnect supports the following file formats:

• Files from the MS Office Suite (MS Office 2000 and earlier) like e.g. Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, etc.
• Files in the Acrobat Portable Document format (PDF)
• Bitmap files in different formats (TIF, DCX, BMP, etc.)

  The WebConnect service will convert these files to a format that can be faxed out using its Centralised Document Conversion functionality.
