When you are addressing a message you can either select an address from the address book, fill one in using the address templates or directly type in a destination into the To, Cc or Bcc fields. When you manually fill in an address into the To, CC or Bcc fields, the address must be in one of the following formats:

Fields marked like <this> must be replaced by valid address information.
Fields marked like [this] are optional

Telex destinations

TX:<Telex Number>[;<Contact>][;;<Company>]
e.g.
TX:12345 DEMO NL;Support;;Xantic

Fax destinations

FX:<Fax Number>[;<Contact>][;;<Company>]
e.g.
FX:00 31 255 545100;Support;;Xantic

Notice that you must always use the full international fax number. This means: always use <international access code>+<country code>+<area code>+<subscriber number>.

e-mail destinations

INT:<e-mail address>[;<Contact>][;<Company>]
e.g.
INT:service@xantic.net;Support;Xantic

Inmarsat C destinations

For text messages use:
CA:<Inmarsat C number>[;<Contact>][;<Company>]
e.g.
CA:1234567;Support;Xantic

For data messages use:
CD:<Inmarsat C number>[;<Contact>][;<Company>]
e.g.
CD:1234567;Support;Xantic

Multiple destinations

You can address a message to multiple people at once. To separate the different addresses you can either place each address between [brackets] and separate them with a semicolon:
